Toro Churro is a franchised food truck business operating across fixed retail locations, regular market events and one-off entertainment venues.

As the business expanded across multiple locations and operators, manual and spreadsheet-based administration processes became increasingly difficult to manage consistently and efficiently.

Requirement

Toro Churro required a mobile-friendly operational system that would allow management to capture and consolidate daily operational information from multiple locations.

The business needed a structured digital solution to:

  • Record staff timesheets across all locations
  • Capture daily sales and takings information
  • Monitor product usage and remaining stock levels
  • Collect receipts and supporting documentation

  • Upload receipts and supporting documents directly into the system

The mobile-friendly design allowed information to be captured consistently across all locations using a single integrated workflow.
